We were out of the park, and maybe six of us were there. Ritsu Katsumata was there, and I don’t remember much about the park in the dream, but I do remember a section in the center that was kind of on a berm that had all of the street lights in it, and a little bit of wood chips and stuff. Then, one of the neighbors decided she wanted to beautify it, so she started kind of running on a riding lawnmower and laying down flowers or plants or something. She was kind of slamming through the lights and the plants and stuff like that. We were kind of wondering, "Why is she doing it now? Seems like she should’ve done that before." But there she goes. Then she took off, came back around, and about 5 to 10 minutes later, the military showed up. They put bombs on the lamp posts and blew off the lamps and the street lights that were there. To our surprise, they lifted up the big berm, kind of like a latch hinge on one side, and lifted up the whole thing all the way down, which must be like a quarter mile. The whole thing lifted up, and they pulled out new lamp posts that were a lot brighter and that lit all the way up from the bottom to the top, not just on the top looking down. They turned them on after blowing away the other ones, and now there was a lot brighter park after that.
